In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

By accessing the es777 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by es777, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the es777 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the es777 Platform and must not register an Account or conduct any transactions. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with es777 and to access any service provided on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. es777 operates a strict 21+ policy. Access by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a commercial agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gaming is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of es777 or any of its affiliated software providers or platform partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the es777 Platform or had your Account permanently closed by es777 for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to register one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a prohibited activity and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documentation (CNIC), a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

es777 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole and absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons, including where es777 reasonably suspects that the registration is for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

es777 is required to conduct identity and age verification on all registered players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. By registering an Account, you expressly consent to es777 conducting such verification procedures.

You may be required to submit the following documentation at any point during your Account relationship with es777:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy (front and back) of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your current residential address in Pakistan, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., JazzCash account under your CNIC, bank account statement for HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank).
• Source of Funds: Documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for gaming, where es777 deems this necessary for AML compliance purposes.

Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. es777 reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold pending transactions until KYC documentation is provided and reviewed. Providing falsified or fraudulent documentation is a criminal matter and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

es777 processes all deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and direct bank transfer. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. The maximum single deposit amount is Rs 5,00,000.

All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name and linked to your verified CNIC. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited. Such deposits will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

es777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any deposit that es777 considers unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, in accordance with its AML obligations. Deposits may be suspended pending such review.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit to your es777 Account, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. es777 processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, es777 is entitled to:

• Verify that the Player has met any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to active Bonus Funds;
• Complete or update KYC verification, including requesting additional documentation;
• Conduct security checks, including reviewing account activity for signs of fraudulent or prohibited conduct;
• Confirm that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method on record.

es777 offers various promotional bonuses including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback Promotions, and PSL / sports betting bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the es777 Platform at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 or over who are in good standing with es777.
• Each Player may claim a given promotion only once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Claiming the same bonus through multiple Accounts constitutes multi-accounting and is prohibited.
• Standard Wagering Requirements for es777 deposit bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion terms state a different figure. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute 10%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Specific game contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the es777 Platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or market, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant betting market. These general rules apply across all es777 gaming services:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change prior to an event commencing. Settled bets will be paid at the odds applicable at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or payment processing failure — es777 will make all reasonable efforts to restore the game state. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the es777 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Players found engaging in any prohibited conduct will have their Accounts immediately suspended, all Funds may be forfeited, and es777 reserves the right to report the activity to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one es777 Account, whether in your own name or under assumed identities.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the es777 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through unlawful activity, or to disguise the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the es777 Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms through multi-accounting, match-betting arbitrage, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in respect of legitimate es777 transactions.
• Underage Access: Accessing or using the es777 Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

All content on the es777 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of es777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the es777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any es777 content without the prior written consent of es777. Unauthorised use of es777 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, es777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the es777 Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

es777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or free from security vulnerabilities beyond es777's reasonable control. While es777 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, es777 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible cyber threats.

es777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their es777 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

es777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player under the es777 Responsible Gaming programme;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring Account closure;
• Inactivity of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account rules and any PKR balance retention obligations.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may contact es777 support at [email protected] with a request to close the Account. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which es777 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and es777 regarding any gaming outcome, transaction, bonus, or Account matter, the Player should first contact the es777 support team at support@ es777.cam with details of the dispute. es777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. Where internal resolution is not achieved, Players may have recourse to independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms in accordance with the terms of es777's gaming licence.

es777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to comply with changes in applicable law, to reflect changes to the es777 service offering, or for operational reasons.

Players will be notified of material changes to these Terms via email to the address registered on their es777 Account and via a prominent notice on the es777 homepage. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as provided in Section 13 above.
